THE ASK

Create a campaign for our first tradeshow with a clear focus on lead generation. The goal is to attract skilled trades professionals during the event while also engaging our existing newsletter audience. We wanted a simple way to capture contact information, follow up quickly and turn tradeshow traffic into real sales conversations.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Owned strategy, concept, and execution end to end.
  • Developed the core campaign idea and incentive.
  • Designed all booth assets including backdrop, signage, and roll-up banners.
  • Built a dedicated landing page with lead capture form.
  • Set up HubSpot automation, workflows, and segmentation.
  • Created pre-show and post-show email sequences.
  • Ensured seamless handoff from tradeshow lead to sales conversation.
